Scheduling Coordinator

We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will play a key role in allocating field staff to projects, managing workforce capacity, and ensuring that resources are efficiently distributed across the company’s active and upcoming jobs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: 1800 - 2000 USD per month Work in Pacific Standard Time (7 am - 4 pm) Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in workforce scheduling, operations coordination, or project management is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Excel, scheduling tools, and cloud-based communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace). Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Work includes but is not limited to: Allocate and schedule field personnel to projects based on capacity, skill sets, and project requirements. Maintain and update scheduling systems to reflect workforce availability and project timelines. Coordinate with Operations Managers and Project Managers to ensure each project is properly staffed. Monitor daily changes in project schedules and promptly adjust resource allocation as needed. Communicate with field staff regarding assignments, start times, and any schedule changes. Track and report on workforce utilization metrics and identify potential scheduling conflicts. Support the Operations team with additional administrative or coordination tasks as required.
