Job Description
About the Role: We are looking for a LATAM Regional BWC Presales to support our sales and technical teams through all LATAM. You will play a key role in understanding the regional customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the technical viability of projects in public safety, government, and enterprise sectors. Key Responsibilities: Define the BWC strategy for the LATAM region, acting as the main point of contact between Headquarters and LATAM countries to ensure consistent strategy and execution. Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop BWC solutions across the region. Maintain a deep understanding of the BWC ecosystem in LATAM by conducting ongoing market research, competitive benchmarking, and performance analysis to support local strategy optimization. Identify emerging opportunities through market and industry trend analysis, helping to drive business expansion into new sectors and accounts. Define and execute the annual marketing strategy for BWC in Latin America, ensuring alignment with the company’s global vision and regional business objectives. Lead the creation and management of regional promotional content, including product brochures, technical whitepapers, case studies, and value-based messaging tailored to the LATAM market. Deliver training programs for major dealers, distributors in each country to strengthen solution knowledge and sales readiness. Train internal teams on new product features, technical standards, and best practices for solution design and implementation. Support regional business development efforts by participating in customer meetings, proposal discussions, and project promotion for major clients. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Telecommunications) or related field. Experience: 10 years in presales, solution engineering, or technical consultancy. Experience with BWC, CCTV or related technologies is highly desirable. Experience working with public sector and government clients like municipalities and security sector. Skills: Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both for technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and architecture diagrams. Excellent understanding of the Latin American market and cultural adaptability across different countries in the region. Languages: Spanish as native speaker and English advanced level (required). Availability: Willingness to travel.
