NPD Project Manager

Here’s how: · Manage full lifecycle of NPD projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Nutrition, Insights, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Technology) · Develop project plans, timelines, and critical milestones · Prepare and present business cases to senior stakeholders · Identify and mitigate risks while implementing process improvements · Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative approaches About You: · 3–4 years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally in food or pet food · Proven track record of taking products from idea through to full-scale manufacture · Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) · Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills · Analytical thinker with strategic mindset and excellent organisational skills · Experience building business cases and performing financial/ROI analysis If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, I’d love to speak to you!
