Job Description
Customer Support Engineer – Remote (CET ±3h) Are you a problem-solver who loves helping customers and tackling technical challenges? Join our remote-first team building a productivity platform for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and engineering, shaping how we deliver reliable, high-impact solutions. What you’ll do: Solve customer problems and provide actionable guidance Debug issues across backend, frontend, and mobile, contributing fixes and improvements Improve observability, runbooks, and support tools to make life easier for customers and teammates Capture feedback, influence the roadmap, and reduce repeat tickets with documentation and code snippets (SQL, Python, React, shell) What we’re looking for: SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred) and Python and/or React/JavaScript experience Hands-on experience debugging production issues with logs, metrics, or error tracking Strong written communication and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Bonus: Terraform, CI/CD, AWS/Azure, FastAPI, Redis, or React Native/Expo experience Why you’ll love it here: Fully remote with 3 annual offsites Competitive salary meaningful stock options 38 days off (26 personal 12 public holidays) personal development stipend High-trust, high-autonomy culture – your ideas matter!
