Talent Acquisition Resourcer 12 Month FTC, ASAP start Salary up to £36.5k (London-based) or £33k UK-based, dependent on experience Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office Public Sector, Politics Varying Locations: Cardiff, Belfast or London 1-TRECar/LW The Client: A fantastic opportunity to work for a rapidly growing political finance firm in their newly formed and expanding Talent Acquisition team! They have offices across the UK and are considering candidates based in Cardiff, Belfast and London. In this role you will be: Building talent pools and pipelines Sourcing and screening candidates Writing and posting job adverts Short and longlisting candidates The ideal candidate will have: Customer service and recruitment experience is desired Agency and/or in-house talent research experience is desired Strong communication skills, written and verbal Our client is looking for a proactive, conscientious and curious candidate who wants to develop in their career and take on additional responsibilities This is a new role in the team, so there is they are looking for someone to come in and make it their own with their existing experience Additional Information: Salary: Up to £36.5k (for London-based candidates), or up to £33k for candidates outside of London, based on experience Open to candidates based in Belfast, Cardiff and London!
