You’ll work with innovative tools, a collaborative culture and meaningful career progression Role Overview: As a Senior/Lead AI Engineer, you will take full ownership of our LLM Ops platform and the orchestration of multi-agent AI systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions that power intelligent automation across various domains. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the development and operations of our LLM Ops platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance. Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks for autonomous AI workflows. Optimise LLM performance, fine-tuning pipelines, and monitoring inference efficiency. Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field. 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models and AI operations. Strong expertise in designing and deploying LLMs in production environments. Experience with multi-agent systems, orchestration, and workflow automation. Proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). This is a full-time, permanent role, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement: 2 days in the Warwick office and 3 days from home.
