In Europe, France is one of the key markets for STEMMER IMAGING. The French team consists of account managers, inside sales and technical support staff. Next to this, you will be part of an international sales organization with lots of possibilities to interact and share experiences with peers in other countries. What are your tasks with us? You manage the French Sales teams (Account Management and Inside Sales divided over 3 offices) and represent Stemmer Imaging France in international meetings. Based on our global sales strategy, you play a key role in developing the sales strategy for France, secure its implementation and define sales targets and KPIs as part of a company-wide, integrated target system. Consequently, you take on the responsibility for achieving sales and earnings targets together with your team by using structured sales processes. You identify, develop and support your own set of strategic key accounts. To enhance our sales success, you observe our markets closely. For your team, you provide support and consistently transform the sales organisation into an active sales force. This includes situational coaching and targeted employee development. You actively organise interfaces and networking at all levels between sales and functional areas such as product management, order processing, marketing and technology. What can you expect from us? Visibility: As our Sales Director France, you report to the Director Western Europe and are in close dialogue with the Executive Board and colleagues responsible for our international companies. Thus, you will make an impact and significant contribution to the success of STEMMER IMAGING. Compensation and benefits: Attractive compensation and 25 days of vacation per year RTT (day package based on 214 annual working days). Furthermore, a mobile phone and a company car, which you can also use privately, are part of the basic equipment for your successful work in this position. Work location: Stemmer Imaging France has 3 office locations (Puteaux/Paris, Saint-Chamond/Lyon and Pertuis/Aix-en-Provence). The preferred location for this role is Saint Chamond/Lyon. What characterises you? Business or technical degree, technical training or sound experience with demonstrable success in selling technically sophisticated products and solutions – knowledge about vision related hardware and software is a big plus. Ideally, you bring a large industry network. Strong entrepreneurial thinking with an interest in the ‘big picture’ and determination to take the organisation to the next level. Willingness to take on responsibility and make decisions while weighing up benefits and risks, creative drive and success-orientation. Deep knowledge about structured sales processes and an understanding of success factors in a complex sales scenario. Significant experience in managing sales teams. Open, goal-oriented and respectful communication as well with the team as well as with superiors. Modern leadership behaviour with the ability to apply situational skills.
