Senior Experimental Research Physicist (M/F)

As part of an advanced research program in applied physics, an international R&D organization is seeking an Senior Experimental Research Physicist to contribute to the development of next-generation energy technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee experimental protocols for RF systems, high-voltage systems, electrical motors, coils, and cold plasma technologies. Analyze data from experiments and work with the scientific team to extrapolate results and design further iterations of experiments. Mentor junior physicists and engineers, fostering collaboration between static, motor, and plasma device teams. Drive innovation by identifying new experimental techniques and technologies for enhancing device performance. Ensure experimental safety and compliance with industry standards across all research areas. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate experimental results into practical applications. Must Have: Ph.D. in Physics 7 years of experience in experimental physics, with demonstrated expertise in RF systems, electromechanical systems, and plasma physics. Proven capabilities to work on multidisciplinary research projects. Strong analytical skills Nice-to-Have: Experience with high-voltage and high-frequency experimental setups. Background in mentoring and developing junior researchers.
