Manage purchase orders and coordinate with relevant teams. Process payments, update systems, and track payment status to ensure timely completion. Handle escalations and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with audit controls and maintain accurate financial records. Support process improvements and automation initiatives. Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fields. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
