Join Requordit and Willcrest Partners as a bilingual Executive Assistant supporting the CEO and Family Office Principal. This hybrid role in Mexico City offers a chance to act as a strategic partner, manage high-level operations, and gain exposure to corporate strategy, private investments, and executive leadership within two dynamic organizations. Location: Mexico City (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in Condesa office) Affiliated Organizations: Requordit (Technology & Automation) and Willcrest Partners (Family Office & Private Investments) About the Role An exceptional opportunity for a bilingual, high-performance Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of Requordit (CEO), a leading technology and automation company, and the Principal of Willcrest Partners, a private investment and family office entity. The successful candidate will operate as a true extension of executive leadership, managing complex logistics, safeguarding information, and enabling high-level decision-making across corporate, personal, and investment domains. Core Responsibilities Executive Office Management Manage complex calendars, high-volume meetings, international travel, and confidential engagements. Anticipate priorities and ensure seamless execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives. Prepare and manage executive communications, board materials, and presentations. Track deliverables and maintain accountability across leadership priorities. Handle sensitive business and personal matters with discretion and professionalism. Strategic Coordination Align Requordit’s corporate priorities with Willcrest Partners’ investment activities. Coordinate executive meetings, investor briefings, and board sessions with precision. Anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions that sustain organizational efficiency. Finance, Compliance & Investor Relations (Willcrest Partners) Support light bookkeeping, expense tracking, and administrative finance activities. Maintain compliance calendars, corporate documentation, and investment records. Assist with investor relations: update databases, prepare communications, and coordinate investor updates. Handle all financial and investor-related matters with reliability and integrity. People & Culture (Requordit) Partner with leadership to organize team events, employee recognition programs, and engagement activities. Support internal communications to promote transparency and alignment with company values. Coordinate onboarding and culture integration for new hires across offices. Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing collaboration, inclusivity, and professionalism. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency: English and Spanish (near-native English fluency). Experience: 2 years as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting C-level executives or principals. Organizational excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and composure. Technical fluency: Advanced in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and productivity tools. Cross-border expertise: Experience supporting bilingual or multinational teams. Tech aptitude: Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot), virtual meeting tools (Teams/Zoom), and financial or HR systems (QuickBooks). Interpersonal intelligence: Exceptional communication, discretion, and professional presence. Flexibility: Occasional travel to the U.S. or other locations for meetings, events, or offsites. Compensation & Benefits Position : Executive Assistant to CEO & Family Office Principal Start Date : November 2025 Contract Type : 3-month probationary period, converting to permanent upon mutual agreement. Monthly Gross Compensation : Competitive Salary. (30k-40k) Annual performance reviews and merit-based growth opportunities.
