Job Summary We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase to Pay Officer who will focus on reconciling suppliers, preparing payment orders, and resolving discrepancies related to virtual card transactions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and bank representatives, communicating primarily in writing, to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. Job Responsibilities Service Delivery related tasks, focus on overpayments management Management of chargebacks request related tasks to ensure timelines are met, including representments received from the banks Compromised activities verification (suspicious activity flagged by the banks). Analysis and reconciliation of GVCC suppliers related open items in SAP Required Skills Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Good written communication in Spanish or Portuguese. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Intermediate Excel and SAP skills Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus Required Qualifications and Experience Background in accounting or finance Experience in management accounting or financial operations Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
