Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers. Plan sales strategies and collaborate with Product Management for market positioning. Manage and develop network of partners within the Hanwha channel partner program. Support Strategic Sales Managers in regional opportunities within vertical markets. Engage with end users, consultants, and system integrators to promote products and increase project pipeline. Maintain customer updates, report sales progress, and analyze customer audits. Contribute ideas for marketing and product launches. Ensure accurate forecasting and meet budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven sales or business development experience in security or related technologies. Extensive knowledge of CCTV and network video systems. Ability to understand customer needs and create commercial proposals. Market knowledge of electronic security, IT, and networking channels. Experience with CCTV manufacturers is beneficial. Strong understanding of new technologies and network topologies. Degree in Business or Technical field preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to succeed. Team player with good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive problem solver and self-motivated. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one European language.
