Achieve set sales objectives related to product mix by analyzing market opportunities and influencing decision-makers to ensure sales growth. Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market information with the Hanwha Product Management team and discussing marketing strategies with the Country Manager. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue. Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets. Responsibilities include end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers with product information, increasing project pipelines, and reporting sales progress weekly. Conduct customer audits, segment markets, position products, contribute ideas for marketing plans, and focus on product/channel/customer margins. Forecast accurately and achieve budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven success in a business development or sales role in a demanding environment. Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, especially presenting solutions to end users and consultants. Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals independently. Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT & Networking channels and potential customers. Experience with CCTV manufacturers is beneficial but not essential. Good understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Motivated to impact the market positively and enhance brand recognition. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Independent thinking, good judgment, and team-oriented attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Self-motivated, able to work independently, with project management and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one European language. Clean driving license. Location: This field-based role requires residence in the Milan area or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside Italy. J-18808-Ljbffr
