PLC Commissioning Engineer

PLC Commissioning Engineer – Marel As a Commissioning Engineer at JBT Marel Meat you implement the software at our customers and are actively involved in commissioning our installations. You propose solutions to problems yourself, aiming to achieve optimal commissioning, and provide the associated installation instructions and training to the customer's employees. What you’ll be doing Testing and commissioning of the delivered installations at our customers' locations, under the supervision of the site supervisor and together with the mechanical and electrical colleagues. Training operators and providing technical support. Assisting with the site acceptance tests. Reporting the status and progress of your project(s) to the project team and manager. Working on a wide variety of projects, both nationally and internationally. Getting acquainted with the latest developments and innovations in the field of electrical engineering and automation. Have knowledge of Siemens S7 and/or TIA portal. Speak English; other languages are an advantage. Are willing to travel regularly and work abroad (about 75% of the time). What’s in it for you?
