Your Role and Responsibilities Engineering of products according to required technical specifications during product development and technical improvements. Leading and managing projects and activities during the lifecycle of products after release for sales. Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project teams, motivate and monitor resources to accomplish tasks and milestones. Managing cost, scheduling and performance objectives of projects and work packages within a global organization. Manage interdependencies between cross-functional workstreams to realize specified deliverables and benefits. Ensuring customer value in projects, managing expectations and customer satisfaction. Managing transparency around change requests, identifying risks and ensuring proper management and communication. Managing product changes and customizations per ABB gate model from request to release for sales, working closely with agile teams, operations and sales units. Transferring new products from development to operation with full documentation (drawings, BOM, working instructions, spare parts list, product manuals). Qualifications for the Role Master’s degree (5 years) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies. Confident use of PLM systems (e.g., Windchill), SAP, MS Office, and 2D/3D CAD tools. Excellent command of the English language; comfortable communicating in Italian and English.
