What you’ll achieveYou will: Manage global training programmes across the employee lifecycle (including but not limited to onboarding, Diversity & Inclusion, development programmes, reskilling etc. from planning and design to implementation and evaluation.* Work directly with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to collate learning business needs as well as designing and delivering structured regional plans. Management of the global training calendar to manage effective rollouts.* Manage our learning content provider, maintaining the relationship with the provider and ensuring internal promotion and engagement of the platform is managed. This includes from licence management to learning path creation.* Establish and reinforce global training standards, processes, and best practices including compliance with our governance model.* Support the development and rollout of initiatives to scale delivery across regions and build an engaged learning community.* Manage and optimise the use of LMS (Workday) including course and learning paths setup, monitoring, and reporting.* Create and curate engaging content for a range of training delivery methods such as digital and instructor-led content.* Monitor participation and effectiveness, producing regular reports and dashboards that demonstrate impact and inform improvements. The aim of this role is to support us in continuing to build and scale our global learning capability at Dedalus. Experience ideally in a global environment within the STEM industryProven experience designing, delivering, and co-ordinating training programmes end-to-endHands-on experience managing an LMS including uploading courses, reporting and tracking etc. Workday Learning experience is a must Ability to collate information from the business and to effectively strategize and manage within clear project plans.Strong project management, organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency with content authoring tools (for instructor-led and digital training) and familiarity with learning standards and models (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, blended learning, microlearning, etc).Experience with facilitations and train-the-trainer techniques.Analytical mindset and ability to use data and reporting to measure and improve learning outcomes.
