Sales Operation Specialist - Italy (Part-Time 35hs weekly) Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us: Sales Operation Specialist - Italy (Part-Time 35hs weekly) Being a Sales Operation Specialist is an exciting task because you are the superhero our company needs. You set up our solutions to satisfy customer needs and manage the full livespan of sales activities. Responsibilities Support the Sales Team on contract and sales order execution from contract countersignature to payment receiving. Support the Sales and Legal Teams in the management of sales contracts. Coordinate with production, logistics, project and sales teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery. Communicate with customers on lead time, invoices, payment and delivery topics. Gather regular analysis reports (shipment reports, sales forecasts, etc.) on a weekly/monthly basis. Issue commercial invoices and work with finance and sales teams to follow up payment collection on a weekly basis. Manage credit insurance lines and control the payment risk of shipments. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions, and locations to enhance planning, leverage reporting opportunities, and improve processes. Qualifications Prior experience in the solar industry and/or operations is a strong plus. Experience or knowledge in international trade is highly valued. Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping/invoicing processes. Bachelor’s degree or above. Excellent communication skills. Strong data analysis skills. Proficient in computers and systems: ERP, MS Office, and the ability to keep it smart and simple. Basic knowledge of Italian business administration. Fluent in Italian and English (both speaking and writing, at least C1). Chinese Mandarin will be an advantage. Why us?
