What will help you succeed Fluent English (C1 or B2 - Upper Intermediate). Bachelor's degree in banking and finance, business administration, information technology, anti-money laundering and compliance systems or similar. AML knowledge, especially in Name Screening, Suspicious transaction reporting (STR), Knowledge of the customer (KYC) and Continuous monitoring. Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels, and previous experience working on complex projects in the financial services industry. Being a digital passionate. Build Bridges. Enjoy solving problems. Being a Strategic Thinker. Strong interpersonal skills. Programming languages: Oracle SQL (Intermediate Queries) and MySQL. Experience in Banking, Financial Service. Knowledge in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.
