The Role We are seeking a Backend / Frontend Developer with an approximate 70% focus on backend development and 30% on this role you will be responsible for : Designing developing and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems. Integrating user-facing elements developed by frontend developers with server-side logic. Writing clean maintainable and well-tested code. Participating in code reviews and contributing to our continuous integration and testing practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Troubleshooting and debugging applications. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a solid understanding of frontend principles. Strong commitment to continuous integration and testing. Experience working in an Agile / Kanban development environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting. Required Languages We are looking for a candidate with professional fluency in Italian and a good command of English both written and spoken for technical documentation.
