Teaching Faculty - Calculus

Role Description This is a part-time adjunct professor role for Calculus Instructor at Catholic Institute of Technology. The role will be to teach for weeks between: 9/15/2025 - 12/18/25. For each week, the professor will be responsible for 6 hours of teaching (3 hours of lecture 3 hours of recitation/problem solving) plus preparation outside of class. The role includes grading the Calculus Placement Exam. Qualifications Proficiency in Calculus Experience in teaching college-level courses Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students Ability to grade the Calculus Placement Exam Ph.D. in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field (preferred) Note: This position is in-person on our campus in Castel Gandolfo. On campus- housing is available for qualified visiting faculty members located outside of the Rome area.
