Join to apply for the Field Service Engineer - Italy (Milan) role at Sungrow Europe Overview Be the Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Italy (possible locations Milan or nearby areas). You are the superhero our clients need, engaging directly with customers to ensure solutions meet their needs. These are your key responsibilities: Take ownership of dispatched customer issues. Support resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on site services. Support the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services. Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers. Perform all on site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities. Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied. Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations. Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements. Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities. Support resources dispatched onsite (FSE and SP) by RFM during commissioning and on site services. Participate in the claim management and RMA process. Take care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process. Take over on-call duties, including occasional weekend and night work. Your profile About Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment. It is essential to have direct communication with customers to understand and meet their needs. The following qualifications and experiences are relevant: Education as Electrical technician or Engineer. Understanding ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage; familiarity with electrical conduits. Italian & English language skills at least on B2. Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial. Experience dealing with customers in critical situations. Driving license is extremely important for the job. H&S training to access construction sites with electrical specific training. Willing to work on call duty and to travel (60%). Why us?
