The Role: Evaluate, compare, and understand different BESS technologies and suppliers, ensuring solutions meet customer needs. Collaborate with BESS suppliers, review technical warranties, and ensure compliance with supplier agreements and quality standards. Work closely with the procurement manager to select suitable BESS products, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment between technical requirements and purchasing decisions. Support the transition of projects from development to construction and operation. The Person: Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the energy sector, with 2–3 years in BESS, storage technology, or a technical advisory capacity. Strong understanding of different BESS technologies, suppliers, and integration processes. Experience managing warranties, specifications, and procurement for energy projects.
