We're looking for passionate, high energy and dynamic OpEx Engineer to join our team and drive Lean transformation initiatives across our plants. What You’ll Do: Champion and deploy lean transformation in varied electromechanical manufacturing environment and Business administrative processes Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow Support implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment Be a key player in continuous improvement Kaizen projects Your Profile: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality Strong knowledge and of Lean tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standardized Work, Daily Management System) Excellent communication and change management skills Proficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams) English required; Italian Green Belt or Lean Expert certification (desirable) Location Italy Open to travel within region 50-75% approximately Apply now: Send your CV to Alexandra.Pop@mail.nidec.com Join us and be a change agent in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec!
