Regional OpEx Engineer

We're Hiring: Regional OpEx Engineer – Europe At Nidec , we’re driving innovation and operational excellence across our global footprint. We're looking for passionate, high energy and dynamic Regional OpEx Engineer to join our European team and drive Lean transformation initiatives across our plants. What You’ll Do: Champion and deploy lean transformation in varied electromechanical manufacturing environment and Business administrative processes Be a key player in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving) Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow Support implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment Develop training materials and documentations to support OpEx activities Your Profile: Knowledge of Lean tools Italian and English languages are required Open to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) 50-75% approximately Excellent communication and change management skills Proficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams) Green Belt or Lean Expert certification (desirable) Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality (desirable) Join us and be a change agent in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec!
