Civil Quantity Surveyor

For our own projects, we are looking for a: CIVIL QUANTITY SURVEYOR MISSION: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all civil quantity surveying activities, ensuring accurate cost estimation, budget control, and contract management throughout the execution of a bio refinery project. TASKS: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil and structural works, including materials, labor, and equipment. Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide cost control to prevent overruns. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for civil and concrete works. Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims, variations, and payment applications. Support contract administration, including preparation, review, and negotiation of contract terms. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align cost control with project progress. Analyze project risks related to cost and propose mitigation measures. Prepare periodic cost reports and forecasts to support management decisions. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Proven experience as a Civil Quantity Surveyor in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects. Strong understanding of civil construction methods, cost estimation, and contract administration.
