In this role you will be handling quality issues and dealing with customers, liaising with internal departments, and overseeing a small team of 4 Quality Controllers. Given ongoing support and guidance from Directors, this role will evolve into a Quality Manager position within 2 years. Established 30 years ago, this manufacturing company boasts a portfolio of over 1000 products being supplied into industries ranging from aerospace to medical. This role would suit a Quality Engineer who wants to progress, whilst getting stuck in on the manufacturing floor, supporting Quality Controllers and handling customer issues.
