Role Overview As a Senior Product Owner and part of an Agile development team at Kaizen Gaming, you will drive the vision and development of products using Agile best practices to maximize the business value of the team's deliverables. The aim is to make the Account Verification journeys as seamless as possible, enabling customers to focus on our entertainment products—Sportsbook & Gaming. Responsibilities Drive a Scrum team, providing vision and direction throughout the product lifecycle Create and communicate requirements in the form of epics and stories Manage the backlog and iteration planning process according to business value and ROI Drive the product release plans and set expectations for delivering new functionalities Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product updates, progress, and risks Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, revenue, and retention Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative Qualifications Strong experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a technological environment or software products Solid Agile experience Proven ability to define requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify necessary technical and business changes Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams Good understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture is considered a plus Experience working with design teams and understanding UX fundamentals is valued Familiarity with the betting/gaming/fintech industries will be considered a plus Benefits Hybrid work model Buddy support during onboarding Competitive salary package and bonus scheme Health and life insurance for you and your family Monthly meal allowance Developmental 360° feedback framework Unlimited access to Udemy and continuous training Commuting allowance Recruitment Privacy Notice Regarding the data you share with us, you may find and read our recruitment privacy notice here.
