SOFTWARE DEVELOPER ANALYST III

Overview Inter – Digital bank and financial services company headquartered in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. We are looking for a Software Developer to join our engineering team. Location Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil What you'll do Implement complex software and solutions using advanced market technologies to support and accelerate Inter's strategic businesses, leading technically the execution of critical projects. Identify continuous improvement actions, seeking creative and innovative solutions to ensure high availability, scalability and security in system evolutions and sustainment, mentoring other developers in the process. Develop and apply new projects and complex processes, ensuring proper implementation, technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the team. What we seek Complete higher education in information systems, software engineering or related fields. Advanced experience (3 years) with object‑oriented programming and design patterns. Solid experience with Java and related frameworks. Deep experience with relational and non‑relational databases and data modeling, including performance optimization. Experience with unit, integration and automated testing. Advanced experience with Git. Proven experience with creation, maintenance and architecture of distributed systems (mainly microservices). Advanced knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps technologies. Advanced knowledge of Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration. Knowledge of REST and API design. Advanced knowledge of Kafka and data streaming. Knowledge of observability, monitoring and APM tools. Knowledge of Micronaut and modern frameworks. Practical application of AI tools for developers (Cursor, Co‑pilot, etc.) for productivity optimization. Experience in technical mentoring and leadership of development teams. Ability to perform code review and define architecture standards.
