Job Reference JR0091417 Professional Areas Information Technology Lead Cybersecurity strategy implementation and support for all America’s time zone; Performs delivery of Cybersecurity solutions and related end-to-end management; Conducts and facilitates compliance with Cybersecurity policies & standards for new technologies and projects; Lead Cybersecurity maturity in our Cloud environment (95% on Microsoft Azure / 5% GCP); Document security requirements and controls for protecting information, systems, and technology assets; Reviews technologies, tools, services, and makes recommendations for their use in a security perspective; Serve as Tier 3 level for complex technical implementation and security incidents; Steer cyber security incident response, crisis management and recovery actions in case of cyber events; Provides regular reporting on Cybersecurity program, risk exposure and maturity to senior leaders; Collaborate and influence stakeholders to embed cyber security into decision making process. Relevant experience in IT infrastructure and/or architecture role; Experience in an information security role; Strong working knowledge of the methodologies to conduct threat-modeling on new applications and services; Proven experience in planning, deploying, and maintaining IT security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM; Knowledge of agile concept and DevSecOps approach; Hands-on experience with incident response and crisis management; In-depth knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, CIS, CSA; Experience and desire to work in a multicultural and complex international environment; Experience with Microsoft technologies landscape is a strong plus (Azure, M365, Defender, Sentinel); Experience in using architecture methodologies such as SABSA, Zachman and/or TOGAF is a plus; Demonstrated ability to communicate Cyber security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels, ranging from board members to technical specialists; Ability to work remotely with virtual teams. Degree in technology; Cyber security certifications such as CompTIA CASP, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SABSA or similar credentials is considered advantage.
