Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Ensure compliance with IFRS , transfer pricing regulations , and global reporting standards Drive operational finance initiatives to optimize processes and improve performance Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic business decisions and financial planning Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to the finance team Engage with auditors, tax advisors, and key stakeholders to maintain robust financial governance Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification (essential) 3 years management experience in a multinational or mid-sized organization Proven expertise in transfer pricing and operational finance Strong understanding of IFRS and international reporting standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and remotely within a high-performance culture Step into a career-defining opportunity!
