Key Responsibilities: System Integration: Seamlessly embed AI models into existing platforms and workflows. AI Solution Design & Delivery: Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, and AI Foundry. Development & Support: Build clean, testable code and troubleshoot live site issues. Data-Driven Intelligence: Implement RAG and semantic AI to support analytics and decision-making. Workflow Automation: Create intelligent bots and agents using Microsoft AI Studio and Power Platform. Optimization: Monitor agent performance and drive cost-effective improvements. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and guide best practices across the team. Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive records of models and systems. Requirements: Experience : 10 -15 years in .NET development, with 4 years in AI/ML using Microsoft technologies.
