ATE Test Engineer We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer with a strong background in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and probe stations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing, maintaining, and optimizing test solutions across industry-standard platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test programs using leading ATE systems. Support probe station setup, calibration, and test execution. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate device validation and yield improvement. Essential Skills and Experience: Deep knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Strong experience with common ATE platforms, including: Advantest 93K series Teradyne J750 / Flex / ETS-364 Microtest DMT Proficiency in test development languages, Experience working in semiconductor or electronics test environments.
