Job Description We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our M Renewables team in Milan, part of our Italian subsidiary. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual who wants to develop a career in the renewable energy sector and gain hands‑on experience in project management. Responsibilities Support the Project Manager and wider team in coordinating renewable energy projects from early development to completion. Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery. Take part in site visits and surveys to collect information about local conditions and suppliers. Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to review project documentation and client requirements. Help prepare project budgets, reports, and progress documentation. Support procurement activities and contract preparation for suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company QHSE standards. Contribute to the successful handover of projects to the internal O&M team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field). Some previous internship or initial experience in project coordination, engineering, or renewable energy is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Enthusiasm for learning and developing project management skills in a dynamic environment. Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken). Familiarity with MS Office tools; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
