Join to apply for the Senior Reward Manager role at dentsu in Milan. We are looking for a Senior Reward Manager, SEMENAT, to join our EMEA Reward Center of Excellence. The purpose of this role is to lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and communication of Total Reward projects and processes, based on the Global, EMEA, and CE reward strategy, policies, and standards, working closely with the EMEA Reward team, SEMENAT's wider HR and business stakeholders to attract, engage and retain employees in the markets. Key Responsibilities: Defines reward strategy, priorities and shapes reward policies (base, variable, benefits, recognition) and proposition in cooperation with the Cluster HR, EMEA Reward Director and business stakeholders. Leads the delivery of cyclical processes (e.g., salary survey submission, pay range review, annual salary review, incentive accruals and payouts), working closely with EMEA region reward team members and other key stakeholders within HR, Finance and the business to ensure their successful delivery. Acts as markets’ lead and point of escalation for job evaluation, supporting the ongoing evolution of the dentsu career framework and job architecture that provides a key underpin to enable the delivery of the reward strategy. Analyzes internal and external market data, recommending enhancements to reward strategies across workforce segments. Leads Cluster-level governance through the Cluster RemCo, including audits of reward practices, and ensures compliance with local and EU regulations (e.g., EU Pay Transparency). Supports special regional and local projects, including M&A activities, with a focus on compensation and benefits. Develops and delivers reward-related communications and training for HR and leadership. Engages proactively with the local HR community and senior leadership to embed reward practices and drive strategic initiatives. Requirements: 8‑10 years of previous experience in an HR team, ideally within total reward and in international, preferably matrix companies. The ideal candidate will be a Reward Manager with experience in the Italian market; knowledge of workforce markets such as Greece, Turkey, the Middle East, or North Africa is highly desirable. Proven experience in job evaluation (Mercer or Towers Watson preferred) and base compensation management is essential; basic experience in variable pay design, benefits management, education or communication is also important. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Hands‑on mindset with proven experience to execute and collaborate across functions. Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills, especially with high‑level stakeholders. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
