Product and Test Engineer

INVENTVM is actively seeking a Product and Test Engineer with strong experience in state‑of‑the‑art audio and/or power management technologies development and production sustain. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Product and Test Engineer will be the reference for INVENTVM test engineering function and the leading role for test engineering on new product development projects. Responsibilities Define test strategies for new analog and mixed signal IC products Participate in the DFT definition with analog and digital design teams Develop test programs on automated test equipment (ATE) Design schematics and layouts for the associated test boards Debug and verify test program to ensure a high level of accuracy and repeatability for mass production Perform product characterization and contribute to the product datasheet release Coordinate the product qualification (AEC‑Q100 preferred) including test at readout and drift analysis Implement manufacturing cost optimization (testing time, parallelism and ATE platform) Contribute to the selection of subcontractors, OSAT and partners for the appropriate supply chain management While keeping a hands‑on approach, contribute to build a test engineering team by hiring, training and coordinating team members Required qualifications 10 years of experience working with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and probe stations Deep knowledge of the most common test platform (Advantest 93K series, Teradyne J750/Flex/ETS-364, Microtest DMT) Deep knowledge of the most common test development languages such as C/C++, Python, VBA Knowledge of Project Management basic disciplines Good decision‑making and negotiation attitude Curiosity, ingenuity, passion to develop the best products in their class Experience in automotive products segment Knowledge of safety approach as per ISO26262, AEC‑Q100 is a plus Experience in reliability management and quality control including Knowledge in AEC‑Q100 implementation All INVENTVM positions offer a stake in the company equity that also entitles to receive dividends, competitive benefits, sustainable work logistics aimed at balancing personal life and project deadlines.
