Contract Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is an extremely well-established maintenance and engineering company that specialise in hot and cold climate control and have been trading for the past 30 years. With a Bristol base and South West coverage, our client has a large client base with new and repeat business coming through and they have been successfully delivering technical solutions to the commercial, retail, industrial and commercial markets and have an array of large blue chip clients in the UK. They are currently looking for a Contract Engineer to join the team on a full-time basis to cover Bristol and the surrounding regions. COMPANY USP * Tailored Climate Control Solutions Our client designs bespoke heating and cooling systems using advanced computer-aided design (CAD) technology, ensuring optimal comfort and efficiency for each client's unique needs. * Honest, Transparent Advice The company provides clear, honest guidance, including cost-benefit analyses, and will recommend alternatives if air conditioning isn't the most suitable solution. * End-to-End Project Management From initial site inspection and system design to commissioning and installation, our client manages every aspect of the project, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. JOB PURPOSE You will have at least 3 years’ experience in an M & E environment and will have been overseeing account management activities, contract management duties ad and the client needs with the engineers out in the field. You will ideally be familiar with Daikin / Toshiba / Mitsubishi equipment and other air conditioning and air handling units. The candidate will be ordering materials, scheduling engineers, carrying out RAMS and making site visits to check the engineers work and to meet with clients, so experience in a similar role would be advantageous. SALARY & BENEFITS In return our client is offering a salary of £38k - £40k (DOE) Car Laptop Phone. Office & Site based and off the tools! No On call rota!
