AI SaaS Training & Implementation Specialist

About Us EyeAdvisor is an AI SaaS platform helping ophthalmology practices across the Americas improve patient conversion rates for premium procedures like LASIK, EVO ICL, and premium cataract lenses. We coach counselors in real time, bridging the gap between interest and decision. We are expanding into Latin America and seeking a Training & Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding, adoption, and customer success in the region. What You'll Do: Onboard new clinics & practices : Train counselors and staff on EyeAdvisor workflows (virtually and occasionally onsite). Support adoption : Monitor product usage, coach users, and encourage behaviors that improve patient conversions. Be the go-to advisor : Act as the main contact for practices—resolving questions, reinforcing training, and providing customer support. Track & report results : Measure practice performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and present actionable insights. Share feedback : Collect product and customer feedback and collaborate with our product team to improve EyeAdvisor. What You'll Do: 2–4 years of experience in software training, implementation, or customer success (SaaS or healthcare a plus). Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken). English must be flawless (9/10). Strong presentation and communication skills—you can teach, coach, and motivate diverse teams. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly. Experience with healthcare, ophthalmology, or medtech is highly valued but not required. What We Offer: Competitive salary adjusted for local market (approx.
