Main Activities Support technology diligence activities and post-diligence work (integration/separation planning). Candidates should have M&A exposure and experience in technology (at least 1–2 deals). Tech experience can be broad: infrastructure, ERP, developer, or system architecture background. Not help desk; focus on infrastructure, applications, or architecture. Ability to assess technology environments, not execute code development. Understanding of business applications (financial, sales, HR systems like Salesforce, Workday). Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, networking concepts. Strong Excel/data analysis skills; ability to parse raw data and provide insights. MBA or engineering background is preferred. Power BI/Alteryx not required, but general analytical ability is important. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN: Due dillence or M&A process The main need is to deliver assessments for M&A deals, acting as "inspectors" for technology environments of target companies.
