As part of the Data Management team you shall lead Enterprise Data Management initiatives. As a Senior Manager you shall guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You shall leverage your specialized knowledge and technical acumen of industry-leading business trends, the firm’s client service offerings, and professional industry networks to deliver quality results to clients and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies. Responsibilities - Lead Enterprise Data Management initiatives - Oversee large projects from start to finish - Drive process innovation and improvements - Confirm operational excellence in every activity - Engage with clients at a senior level for project success - Apply specialized knowledge of industry-leading trends - Contribute strategic insights to the firm’s business strategies - Utilize professional networks to achieve quality outcomes What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology - 12 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Master's Degree preferred - Experience in Data Conversion, Data Migration, and Data Warehousing projects - Proficiency in ETL tools - Knowledge of Star and Snowflake Schema techniques - SQL skills and performance tuning capabilities - Experience in designing and implementing large scale transformation programs - Proficiency in Master Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Governance - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Communication and presentation skills
