Job Description
Join the Montenova International School Team! We are currently seeking a Business Manager to oversee the school’s administrative, financial, and operational areas, ensuring efficiency and alignment with our educational mission. Requirements: Fluency in English (mandatory) Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative and financial management Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred) Main Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze the school’s financial performance (P&L), proposing corrective actions to achieve EBITDA targets. Coordinate the annual budget, staffing model, and cost optimization in collaboration with Regional Finance and HR. Ensure implementation and compliance with Affinitas’ financial controls, policies, and reporting standards, and provide local tax support. Oversee billing, collections, and parent financial communication, ensuring accuracy and a positive parent experience. Manage day-to-day school operations, including service contracts (transport, uniforms, after-school activities). Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements, coordinating with legal advisors and the Regional Office. Supervise administrative and operational staff, promoting accountability and efficiency. Support the Head of Admissions and Head of School in enrollment growth and capacity planning initiatives. Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure cost-effective purchasing, vendor performance, and compliance with Affinitas procurement policies. Represent the school in administrative and legal matters as first-line legal representative (power of attorney). Collaborate with Regional Finance, Property, HR, and IT to align local practices with group-wide standards and initiatives.
