Interim Finance Manager

This is an interim role starting at 6 months, with the chance of going permanant. As Finance Manager, you will be acting as a key business partner to operations and commercial teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for determined, motivated individual to join a successful, international business. Main Duties: As a Finance Manager, your main duties include: * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four within the finance function. * Prepare monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentary. * Produce and maintain robust cashflow forecasts to support business planning. * Manage the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process. * Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls are maintained. * Support the Group Finance Director with strategic projects, system improvements, and reporting enhancements. * Partner with operational and commercial leaders to provide financial insight and challenge performance. * Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and the wider group finance team.
