The opportunity is for an exclusive, luxury project involving the construction and furnishing of a luxury villa in France. We're looking for someone who can support the Project Manager in managing the planning of activities and who can be physically present on-site to actively participate in construction and coordination meetings. What do we offer? A 9-12 month fixed-term contract with a very attractive package: in addition to the salary, you'll also receive room, board, and a voluntary weekend travel allowance. Here are the requirements we're looking for: - Degree in Engineering/Architecture - Excellent planning management skills for various categories of work - In-depth knowledge of finishing works, with a particular focus on decoration and architecture, such as adding marble, installing doors, painting, and interior decoration - Knowledge of safety regulations and PPSPS plans - Fluency in French, and preferably also in Italian and English - Partial management of construction site accounting - Ability to manage suppliers (coordination and organization on the ground) If you're determined, organized, and eager to challenge yourself in a high-level environment, this could be the opportunity for you.
