Trade Finance-Documentary & Guarantee Operations Specialist

My client is looking for an experienced Documentary & Guarantee Operations professional to manage the administration of letters of credit (LCs) — including issuance, confirmation, and advising of Standby/Guarantees and Import/Export LCs. Key Responsibilities: Process and validate LC transactions in line with UCP 600/ISP98/URDG 758 standards. Handle documentation, compliance checks (OFAC, Vessel Tracking), and accurate reporting in ACBS/TI Plus. Coordinate LC amendments, payments, and client communications. Support internal teams on trade finance procedures and ensure all activities comply with regulatory and bank policies. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial and standby letters of credit. Strong knowledge of UCP 600, ISP98, URDG 758 , and trade finance operations. Proficiency with ACBS, TI Plus, SWIFT, and MS Office . Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
