Location: Canada - Remote Experience: 5 years Industry: Financial Services / Capital Markets What You'll Do: ✅ Gather and document requirements for FX trading platforms ✅ Partner with traders, operations, and risk teams on system enhancements ✅ Design solutions for trading, settlement, and risk management systems ✅ Ensure regulatory compliance (MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR) ✅ Bridge the gap between business and technology teams What We're Looking For: 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services 3 years hands-on experience in FX/Capital Markets Strong knowledge of FX products (Spot, Forward, Swaps, Options) Understanding of trade lifecycle and post-trade operations Experience with trading platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, FXall) Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and documentation (BRD/FRD) Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Computer Science Agile/Scrum methodology experience FIX protocol knowledge CFA/FRM certification Ready to make an impact?
