Avanciers is a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization and we are currently recruiting for a long term contract role for one of our premier client in Canada for Workiva Consultant – (French Bilingual) . This is Hybrid role and client is actively hiring for this position. Role: Workiva Consultant – (French Bilingual) Location: Quebec Workiva Implementation & Advisory Lead This role is for a highly experienced professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Workiva platform for clients, ensuring its successful configuration, adoption, and integration with their financial, risk, and audit functions. You will act as the key technical and strategic advisor, translating complex client needs into robust Workiva solutions. Core Responsibilities Lead Workiva Implementation: Direct the full implementation lifecycle for Workiva solutions, with a primary focus on Financial Statement External Reporting and the Risk & Control modules. Client Engagement & Solution Design : Serve as the primary client interface, leading requirement gathering sessions and translating business needs into high-impact, actionable Workiva solutions and configurations. Adoption & Training : Drive platform adoption across client teams by developing and delivering expert guidance and comprehensive training programs. Delivery Excellence: Ensure all Workiva projects are executed successfully, maintaining strict adherence to established timelines and budgetary constraints. Required Qualifications Workiva Expertise (Mandatory): Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on, direct Workiva implementation experience. Professional Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience, specifically managing technology projects within the finance, risk, or audit domains. Domain Knowledge : Strong, demonstrated understanding of external reporting, enterprise risk management, and internal audit processes. Implementation Track Record : Proven success in leading full system implementation projects. Soft Skills : Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, capable of engaging confidently with executive stakeholders.
