Software Engineer

Requisition Title: Senior CRM Developer – Archives CRM Location: Toronto, ON Pay Rate: CAD$80/hr - CAD$90/hr Role Overview: Seeking a Senior Software Developer (CRM) to support the Archives Customer Request Management Project , replacing a legacy application and ensuring compliance with upcoming audit requirements. The role involves full lifecycle CRM solution design, customization, and integration within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure environment. Key Responsibilities: Translate technical specifications into working, tested CRM applications. Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM components, workflows, plug-ins, and Power Automate flows. Create and manage CRM reports, dashboards, and Power BI analytics. Integrate CRM with enterprise systems and cloud services using APIs and Azure components. Provide technical troubleshooting, documentation, and post-implementation support. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization (entities, forms, views, reports, ribbons, dashboards). Strong hands-on skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, .NET, Azure, and Dataverse . Expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate). Experience with CRM Web API, SDK, FetchXML , and integration via Azure Functions, Logic Apps . Working knowledge of DevOps pipelines , Agile methodology , and CRM security (Azure AD B2C, Okta) . Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Experience with reporting and data integration using SQL, Power BI, and ETL tools. Knowledge of AODA compliance , marketing automation , and customer journey analytics .
