Job Description

The Master Scheduler is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials and finished goods to meet market demand and business objectives. This role involves efficiently planning supply, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, analyzing key performance indicators, optimizing resources, and contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: Supply Planning: Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities. Monitor and adjust supply plans in response to demand changes, operational constraints, or unforeseen events. Internal and Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the execution of supply plans. Participate in Supply Call meetings to align supply plans with commercial and operational strategies. KPI Management and Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF ( On Time In Full ), DOH ( Days of Inventory on Hand ), forecast accuracy, and service levels. Identify supply chain risks and propose effective contingency plans. Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on continuous improvement projects focused on logistics efficiency, inventory reduction, and process digitization. Map capacities and work with production teams to eliminate bottlenecks in plants and external manufacturers. Production and ERP Management: Develop, communicate, and follow up on the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Materials Requirement Plan (MRP) for plants and external manufacturers. Maintain the ERP system by creating, rationalizing, and configuring new SKUs. Forecast Compliance Assurance: Monitor compliance with national and export planning forecasts in collaboration with relevant areas. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or logistics. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, or similar). Expertise in demand planning, MPS, MRP, and inventory analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.). Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal teams.
