Job Description

Payroll Specialist Officer Objective: To ensure the correct and accurate administration, calculation, and payment of company payroll, guarantee strict compliance with current tax, labor, and social security regulations with absolute confidentiality and accuracy. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to: Compare the incident log in the payroll system and social security portals: vacations, medical leaves, absences, promotions, alimony deductions, credit deductions (INFONAVIT and INFONACOT). Determine the payroll of all staff ensuring that all incidents are included. Prepare the payment layout for bank disbursement. Digitally seal payroll invoices (CFDI) for distribution to staff and validate consistency in SAT portal. Determine the monthly and bi-monthly Social Security (IMSS, SAR, INFONAVIT and INFONACOT) and federal (ISR Withholdings) filings to be submitted, subject to verification and approval by the Accounting Management. Determine the severance pay and liquidation of personnel. Book payroll and related taxes in the accounting system. Prepare analyses and provide the necessary support to the Human Resources, Accounting, and Finance departments. COMPETENCES AND SKILLS Updated and well versed on Mexican labor legislation (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, STPS). Proven experience in payroll calculation and digitally sealing of payroll invoices (CFDI 4.0). Knowledge of the integration of contribution base salaries (SBC) and variables. Advanced management of payroll systems (e.g. NomiPAQ , SAP, CONTPAQi, TRESS, or similar). Experience in calculating severance pay, settlements, and bonuses. Ability to reconcile payroll with accounting and prepare financial reports. Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security audits. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, cross-referencing). Familiar with government portals: IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, SAT, and Informative Declarations. Education and Experience Completed administrative degree. Minimum of five years of payroll experience with manufacturing exposure. Manufacturing experience. Intermediate English language. Updated in labor and tax matters. WORKING CONDITIONS Office work Carry documents or folders of documents under 25 kg Sporadic trip
