Job Description – Order Entry Analyst Location: Monterrey, Mexico Organization: Lenovo – LAS GSC - Order Entry Position Summary This position is responsible for analyzing, validating, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently for customers in LAS. It ensures that all information entered into ECC (SAP), including customer details, product information, and pricing, is correct and complete. The role includes double-checking order details for errors and discrepancies and following up on ONL (Orders Not Loaded) with Sales and IT to expedite solutions and release the orders into ECC. The position also involves collaborating with other departments such as Sales, Sales Operations, Fulfillment, and IT Support to fulfill orders and address any issues or concerns. There is a strong focus on continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and contributing to improving order entry procedures and efficiency. The LAS Order Entry team is expected to maintain the current 99% same-day order processing efficiency target. Key Responsibilities Review and validate customer Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and compliance with Lenovo policies. Enter and update order information in SAP ECC, including pricing, configurations, and customer details. Follow up on ONL (Orders Not Loaded) and coordinate with Sales and IT for timely resolution. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail to avoid order processing errors. Support the Order Management team in achieving operational KPIs and continuous improvement goals. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Sales Operations, Fulfillment, IT Support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce order cycle times. Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed or in final semester in one of the following fields: International Business Business Administration Administrative Informatics / Information Systems Digital Business or related fields Basic knowledge of SAP ECC. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC tools. Basic to intermediate English (reading, writing, and communication). Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience or internship in order processing, data entry, or sales operations. Familiarity with business documentation (Purchase Orders, invoices, quotes). Understanding of process flows in order management and fulfillment.
