Financial Shared Service Director

Position Summary: We are looking for a Financial Shared Service Director within his/her scope of responsibility, ensure that the tasks of his/her scope and group objectives are properly carried out, as well as compliance with legal obligations and standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the performance of the tasks assigned to his/her department. - Implement measures to simplify and improve processes according to the main axes defined by the Finance Department. - Achieve key cost reduction objectives. - Coordinate the missions of the various actors in the cycle of its scope. - Monitor the service performance indicators, put corrective actions in place if necessary, and communicate them to his/her teams. Ensure the application of procedures and guarantee compliance with legal provisions as well as group standards. - Propose necessary improvements. - Participate in working groups on the development and implementation of group standards. - Ensure compliance with group standards and legal arrangements. - Ensure documentary watch. Manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders. - Organise the missions of external service providers within the framework of the general planning drawn up by the Finance Department. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years of experience in similar role. Shared Service experience. Experience working with Accounting, AP/AR and Cash Dibursement teams. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills. Fluent English.
